This Skills Bootcamp is designed to give learners the skills and knowledge to take the next step in their hospitality and visitor economy career and move into a supervisory role.

You’ll complete both accredited modules (City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Principles) and non-accredited training shaped by top local employers.

• Supervising Customer Service Performance

Employer-Informed Modules:
