Creative Leadership Accelerator

The Creative Leadership Accelerator is a Level 3 Skills Bootcamp designed to support ambitious creative and digital professionals to become confident, capable first-time managers. It is for emerging leaders stepping into, or preparing for, people and project management responsibilities in creative and digital businesses.

The programme builds practical skills in people management, communication, decision-making, delegation, feedback, and leading performance in fast-paced, project-based, and client-facing environments.

Delivered through a blend of in-person workshops, live online peer learning, and supported workplace application, learners apply practical tools directly to their role so they can create immediate value for themselves, their team, and their organisation.

By the end of the Skills Bootcamp, learners will be better equipped to take on increased responsibility, lead others with more confidence, and apply practical management tools that support stronger team performance, retention, and sustainable business growth.
