Description:
Creative Executive & Strategic Leadership

Creative Executive & Strategic Leadership is a 12-week, Level 5 Skills Bootcamp for founders, directors and senior leaders of creative and digital businesses who need to lead at the level their organisation has grown to. The programme supports experienced creative leaders to step back from day-to-day delivery, strengthen strategic leadership capability, and build the conditions for more sustainable business growth.

Learners will explore how they lead now, what their team and organisation need from them next, and where their leadership approach may need to shift. The programme focuses on four integrated themes:
• Leadership presence
• Culture
• Performance
• Growth

Participants will develop practical tools including:
• Personal leadership roadmap
• Culture gap analysis
• Values-to-behaviour action plan
• Leadership capacity audit
• Delegation plan
• Focused growth priorities

Delivery combines 1:1 executive coaching, a 360 leadership diagnostic, expert-led in-person workshops, structured peer learning, and supported live leadership application. By the end of the bootcamp, learners will have a clearer view of their leadership impact, stronger confidence to lead at senior level, and a practical action plan to reduce founder dependency, strengthen team ownership, and support the next stage of creative and commercial growth.
